Pump Cover from 1996 Sea Rayder F-14 Mercury Sportjet, Sport Jet, Jet Pump 120xr

This part is from a 1996 Mercury SportJet 120xr, 4 cylinder power head and jet pump combo WITH oil injection.  The serial number is not present on the powerhead, so it can only be verified by the casting numbers on the block.
The casting numbers are: 800 - 818154 - C8  5 31 95 (Oil Injection)
The serial number on the Mercury Jetpump is 0E146048 120XR.
This part was removed from a 1996 Sea Rayder F-14.  I bought this boat as a spare for a 1995 model that I was rebuilding.  I stripped all the salvageable parts off the boat and junked the hull.  Anything that was usable was saved.  When I broke down the engine I discovered that there was water in the powerhead and that the oil gear pin had been destroyed.  At that point I decided to sell the salvageable parts.  Hopefully these parts will help you rebuild your Mercury SportJet 120xr and get back on the water soon!
