Merit Megatouch "Lite" ION Touchscreen Bar Video Game Arcade Coin-Op Trivia and Skill amusement CUSTOM BUILT DESKTOP PC fully functional and ready to play with the same games as you may have seen at a bar or other public venue. Well over 100 different games to choose from (see list below) in the latest and greatest 2014 (down-datable) edition of the software for the ION platform.
This PC-type system is not equipped with the mechanics for any kind of money or payment handling, though the electronics and software are still capable with the appropriate coin, bill, and/or credit card hardware add-on's if a technician was so inclined.  Currently set to freeplay.
Full range of challenging games for all ages. A "Kid's Club" setup even toddlers can enjoy; or unlock erotic content; or set timer for erotic content to become available automatically at a time of day and duration you choose. This is a custom build combining various used and collectible commercial electronics within or attached to a new desktop PC tower.
- "LITE" means lighter-weight (tower <12lbs, monitor <19lbs) and footprint similar to average desktop PC in comparison to the commercial coin-op version which often weighs-in at ~70lbs, one type shown for comparison in the pictures above.
- Larger sized 17-inch touchscreen monitor, improved touch response, high resolution. Or, if a 15-inch touch screen is just as good (most coin-op bar top machines were 15-inch), then there's another 0 discount! Same superior features on both monitor sizes.
- Monitor has built-in speakers, A/V controls, and audio out, monitor angle adjustable from 0 to 90 degrees & has built-in wall mount (just four secure screws in your wall to receive keyhole slots.)  Monitor alone for sale elsewhere for up to 00.
- Flexible modular system; standard PC tower functions and ports, headphone jack for quiet play or connection to your home audio system, add DVD ROM player to tower elegantly if needed to perform updates, two large tower cooling fans so no heat worries.
- No need for bulky, heavy, expensive, and much less reliable coin-op machine.
- Add VGA switch-box to allow sharing monitor with other games, computers, tv, etc; add an OS drive of choice and this game system can also become a full-fledged circa 2008 personal computer.
- Also great as a workbench system for game builds/testing/troubleshooting.

Instead of paying about the same for maybe a smaller-screen on a commercial unit that you might not be strong enough to carry..., maybe loaded with dust bunnies, grime, nicotine, and exploding capacitors after thousands of hours of greasy drunken fingers pounding it... Experienced players will appreciate how much more responsive this monitor is compared to the originals, and it was never before used for gaming so has very little "milage" on it (though may have cosmetic scuffs or defects on the plastic housing.) Collectors and tinkerers who treasure their original coin-op games will also love this monitor on their workbench or on their desk at work where it doubles as a dock for their regular PC, for testing board-sets and drives, and maybe even for use as a TV monitor. Trouble is, when they get used to the better touch sensitivity, they might not want to play on their original machines anymore! Production of the original commercial Megatouch games was discontinued years ago. If you can find one used, prices for working units can vary wildly from about 0 to 00, depending on how well it's been maintained and the whim of the seller. Low end pricing often means there's been no refurbishment, the game is filthy inside, and various components are close to failing after a long, hard life making money. At the high end, expect games that have been meticulously cleaned, repaired, restored, or custom re-built for the longest term survival and maximum enjoyment.
