Crinoid-Uncommon Waldron Eucalyptocrinites crassus with stem-Trilobite Fossil

Offered here is an uncommon Eucalyptocrinites crassus crinoid with stem and inner arms from the Waldron Shale Formation from Shelby County, Indiana, Silurian in age. The crinoid measures 1 1/4” long and has nice detail. The stem measures 1/2” long. The matrix measures 3 5/8” x 2 3/8”. These crinoids are getting harder to find due to collecting localities banning fossil hunting or only allowing field trips a few times a year. There is some slight damage on the crown. This piece was found 12 years ago and just recently prepared. If you have purchased multiple items, please do not send payment until I send an invoice.
