Crinoid-2 Sweet Waldron Shale Periechocrinites whitfieldi-Trilobite Fossils

Offered here are 2 beautifully prepared and uncommon Periechocrinites whitfieldi crinoids from the Waldron Shale Formation from Blue Springs Quarry (filled with water) in Waldron, Indiana, Silurian in age. The crinoid on the left measures 1 1/2” wide at the arm bases and 1 1/2” long. As you can see by the pictures it is nicely inflated and has stunning detail. The crinoid on the right measures 1 1/4” wide and 1 1/8” long. There
is some plates missing on the back side shown in the pictures.
These beautiful pieces were found about 20 years ago during the time we had a lease on part of the old Blue Springs Quarry outside Waldron, Indiana. The quarry is full of water and is in a legal battle. No collecting allowed. If you have purchased multiple items, please do not send payment until I send an invoice.
