Authentic Capcom Arcade. This is 100 percent orginal Capcom survivor with original parts except for the side art. It is not restored or refurbished. Condition is very good. Everything works as it should. The monitor is crisp and clear with no burn in. It has some wear and i have tried to clearly show this in the pictures. I have owned this game in my smoke free home for approximately 15 years when i bought it from Stansfield gaming in Eau Claire,  WI. Please feel free to ask any questions
